Pistachio Rose White Chocolate Fudge

Hands down the prettiest candy that also tastes amazing! Here is a super simple recipe for Pistachio Rose White Chocolate Fudge.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, Ghirardelli brand preferred

1 15-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

3 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

pinch of salt

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

2 tablespoons dried organic rose petals

Extra pistachios, rose petals and salt for sprinkling on top

Instructions

Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla, and salt. Right before the chocolate chips have completely melted, add the pistachios and rose petals. 

Once the chocolate chips have melted completely, pour into a 8×8 or 9×9 pan lined with parchment paper. Top with additional pistachios, rose petals and salt.

Place in the fridge to set for an hour or two. Cut into squares.
