Roasted Italian Meatballs

This is my favorite recipe for Italian meatballs! So simple to make yet taste like you have slaved over the stove all day!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 pound ground Italian sausage

1/2 cup onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons seasoned salt (I use Lawry’s®)

1 large egg, beaten

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/3 cup dried bread crumbs

1 tablespoon fresh oregano, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes, if you want to add some spice

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a standing mixer,  combine all the ingredients together and mix for 2 minutes. Scoop out meat about 1/4 cup at a time, and roll into a ball, and place in a casserole dish. 

Bake for 35 minutes.

Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
